Analysis, part 12 - Internal belt

Although the waistbands were only on the side panels of the jumpsuit, the front and back were also internally supported by strips of what appeared to be grossgrain ribbon, secured to the front and back edges of the elastic, as evidenced by both screen-used uniforms "LtComm" and "ZipKikr1966" photographed and shared, respectively:

The front was supported by ribbon with two trouser-style hook-and-eye closures, as evidenced by this photo "LtComm" shared of his screen-used jumpsuit:

Thank you both again for sharing! 

The purpose of the front ribbon was, presumably, to prevent the uniform from pulling open in the front and revealing the invisible zipper.
